Product Directions

Spray 4-5 times, massage in. Reapply as needed. Absorbs best in thin skin areas (chest, inside arms, under arms, behind knee, ankles. If you're sensitive start with the ankles). Apply directly on areas of pain, fatigue, muscle spasms.
