In order to insure the safety of our products, avoid risk of introducing opened products into our inventory, and maintain integrity of our product line, we do not accept any returns. Once a package leaves our lab, it is a final sale.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS | ISSUES
If you received the wrong product or something was missing from your order simply email us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll make sure to rectify the error.
We wrap everything with care, but shipping is beyond our control once it leaves our hands. If your Hawaii Peeps products arrived damaged or broken, we’ll gladly replace them. Email a photo of the damaged items to orders @ hawaiipeeps.com within 48 hours of receipt. We may request the return of the broken items before we send your new items (in which case we will cover shipping).
When ordering please use a safe location for delivery. If your package has been shipped yet hasn’t arrived after 14 business days and the tracking shows it’s stuck within the USPS system (undelivered) please contact us orders @ hawaiipeeps.com. We may reship items and ask that if the original package does eventually arrive that you refuse shipment.
ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-10 business days. On occasion an item may go on backorder before it was updated in our system, in which case the order may be delayed or may be sent in two separate shipments (we will let you know via email if that’s the case). We produce all formulations in small batches in house, which allows us to offer you fresh skin+food, so we appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING SERVICE & COST
We ship all orders via USPS. We are able to ship to PO Boxes.
Orders are shipped via Ground Advantage (formerly called First Class) or Priority Mail. Please consider your selection upon checkout. Packages typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days once it is shipped. Shipping time depends upon the delivery location. Everything ships from Hawaii – so local orders and West Coast mainland orders typically arrive faster. We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping for the quickest delivery speed.

We are currently unable to ship orders outside the U.S. We are also unable to accept international credit cards for all orders.
Take care to enter any coupon codes at checkout as we are unable to apply them retroactively.
Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
There are no returns on gift cards and expiry date cannot be extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view your package’s delivery status.
PREMATURELY EXPIRED PRODUCTS
Our products are produced fresh, small batch, on the island of Kaua’i, and formulated for the most sensitive skin. These may have a shorter shelf life than typical skin care that utilizes harsh chemical preservatives (though we do utilize more gentle, eco-friendly, natural preservation systems and antioxidants). These are made to use and enjoy not sit in the bathroom for years! Each product varies but note any expiration on the label and consider once the container is opened / product starts being used, the product’s shelf life can shorten. Any exposure to oxygen, moisture, bacteria, heat, etc. can shorten the products expiration date. Prematurely expired products will be replaced if the product spoils within three (3) months of the purchase date. We may ask for photos to better understand the product issue and proof of purchase.
